What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards, as well as debit cards carrying the Visa, Mastercard, or Discover logos via our secured shopping cart.
If you prefer to pay by personal check or money order, please indicate this at check out. Mail your payment to 3 Pro Beauty Solutions, 1740 Hudson Bridge Road, Suite 1142, Stockbridge, GA 30281. For payments via personal check, your order will be shipped 7 business days after the check has been deposited.
When will my order ship? Most orders ship within 24-48 business hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include the shipment tracking number.
How long will it take to receive my order? Standard ground shipping within the US is 5-8 business days. For an additional cost, we offer Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping. For customers outside the US, we offer international shipping, which will be delivered to customers in approximately 2-8 weeks depending on the shipping destination.
Do you offer free shipping? No. However, we offer $2.99 ground shipping on all purchases. This means you aren’t forced to spend more than you want to just to get “free” shipping. Is it really “free” if you have to spend more to get it?
What are your hours of operation? 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Monday - Friday (except holidays).
How long does it take to see results from your products? We have some products that give an immediate result and others that work after continued use. Please see the product description for more information.
How often do I have to use these products? It depends on the product you are using, but normally 1 - 2 times a day. See product description for more information.
How long does each product last? Generally 30-45 days, but personal product usage will affect this.
Why is it important to exfoliate? Exfoliation removes dead skin cells and many researchers think it stimulates the production of collagen. Exfoliation gives the skin a more radiant look, improves skin texture, and evens skin tone. It also allows the products to be applied to fresh new skin.
Do I have to continually use your products once I get the desired result? Each product works on a timeline and each new application builds on the previous one. With some products, just missing one application can mean your body must start its healing process from the beginning. Consistent use as directed is essential for achieving the products’ goal. After you have reached your desired result, you should continue to use the product as directed.
I’ve noticed you’re out of stock on some of your Royal Jelly products. Why? Royal jelly is the product of honey bee hives. The honey bee population has been severely hurt in recent years due to climate changes and the use of pest control products. As a result, the availability of royal jelly has been limited and the quality of the product that is available does not always meet our manufacturer’s standards.
We keep our inventory on a real-time basis. This means that the products we sell are fresh and have not been sitting on a shelf for months. This provides the best products for our customers, but, occasionally, as in the case of some of our royal jelly products, it can cause us to be out of stock at times. But we’d rather sell nothing in the short run, then sell you products that are old and may have lost some or all of their effectiveness.
